Adding support for forcing PLC variable (still command to PLC to implement) 
To generate message.pot file:

	python mki18n.py -p --domain=Beremiz
	
To generate .mo files for all languages:

	python mki18n.py -m --moTarget=../locale --domain=Beremiz
