Implemented EMCY objects.
Added emcy.c and emcy.h
Modified data.h for necessary variables.
Added some EMCY message sendings in TestMasterSlave example.
Modified configure script to define EMCY_MAX_ERRORS.
Modified python scripts to make 1003h object always available (with a callback).
