Win32 applconfig:
CHANGED: - The MSG()-Makros for Visual Studio both print now to OutputDebugString().
ADDED: - Makro CANFESTIVAL_DEBUG_DRV_MSG() and MSG_ERR_DRV() to print into MSG() from a can driver implementation.
